Remote/Hybrid
Coaching
I offer remote coaching in weightlifting where working together in-person is not usually possible.
Provided we are a good fit, this service is available to athletes of any level, however with limited availability personal coaching services are prioritised towards competitive athletes.
Remote Coaching FAQ’s

You will receive a weekly programme sent to you electronically. As you complete training you will send me videos of your lifts, which we will discuss. Your input and my observations will then inform where the programme and focus of training goes from there. Especially to begin with, the more videos you send me and information you share, the better. Over time we will have periodic catch ups to review the previous block of training and look ahead to the next one.

To join the remote squad simply sign up and I will be in contact. For personal coaching services, submit an enquiry or flick me a message and we will start with a call to start getting to know each other, and learn how I can support you towards your goals. Following this there is an agreement to sign before we formally start working together.

Any time I can, yes. How feasible this is depends on where you live and what events you are attending. If I'm not able to attend I will help arrange someone else able to support you in competition if needed.

Yes, preferably I also see athletes in person from time to time. We will chat about where and when that works best for both of us.
